DIY: Anti-Stress Lavender Putty

Squeeze it out!

Do you ever feel so stressed that you just want to punch a wall, rip paper, or squeeze something really hard? All of the tension building up in your body needs a quick release and slamming the door didn’t quite cut it. Well, rather than looking for objects to damage or pillows to beat, this anti-stress lavender putty eases your tension with it’s great scent and squeeze-worthy texture. Play with this putty for a few minutes and I guarantee that you will be thinking about lavender meadows rather than that bad grade and your breath will slow down rather than mimic that of a freight train engine malfunction. Gather the ingredients listed below to whip up a batch of this life-saving dough and share some with your friends. Store in a zip-lock bag to keep on hand when you feel the stress start to build and stop the pressure right in its tracks.
